Man Who Think His Girlfriend is Cheating Checks Her Cellphone. Finds WAY Worse

cbsnews.com:

(CBS) Ohio woman Tanai Fortman is blaming the diet pills she takes for causing her to be charged with child pornography, .CBS affiliate WHIO reports.
Fortman, 32, was indicted on 12 felony charges stemming from sexually explicit pictures of a 4-year-old girl found on her cell phone.
According to WHIO, Springboro police were contacted by Fortman's boyfriend who told officers he had been searching her phone to determine if she was cheating on him. He allegedly discovered child porn videos during his search. Police arrested Fortman at her home in Springboro, about 15 miles from Dayton, according to the Dayton Daily News.
She reportedly told officers she didn't remember making the videos, and blamed her memory lapse on a large dose of diet pills she took that made her unconscious. According to  WCPO-TV, the story Fortman told police is that she was working for an "online sexting company" and she got a message requesting she send videos of her and the child. "She stated that she was sick to her stomach when she saw the videos and would never hurt (the victim)," an officer wrote in Fortman's arrest report.

Classic good news bad news story here.  Good news--your girlfriend is NOT cheating on you.  Bad news--your girlfriend is sexually assaulting 4 year old girls....Tale as old as time really.
PS--Tanai's excuse is awful.  She was not conscious of her actions because she took too many diet pills yet she remembers getting the request for her to make a video with the child? Not sure it works like that.  Could open the door for a whole new type of defense if it works though:  "Yes officer, me and my boys planned to rob the liquor store.  But then I took a bunch of pills so i don't remember actually robbing the store...We're cool right?"
